Foundation Training Private Sessions :
If you want to get the most out of Foundation Training and have the best opportunity to see the most improvement in your body and in your form, book a Private Session with one of our Foundation Training instructors. This format allows us to guide you personally through each exercise to help you adjust your form, provide modifications, and help you make the best possible connections to the postures and movement. Foundation Training Semi-Private Sessions:
If you and a friend (or two or three) are interested in learning together, you can book a Semi-Private Session. You'll still have some individualized attention, and you'll have the extra camaraderie and motivation to help each other practice and apply the movement patterns in your daily life, too. Wrangle up your best friend(s) and make a date with one of our Foundation Training instructors.
Group Classes:
At our currently hosted studio space, Studio DelCorpo, we offer intimate classes of up to 12 clients, so that you can practice the Foundation Training postures, poses, and movements in a group setting. It's a great way to practice what you've already learned and be part of a community. If it's your first time doing Foundation Training, you'll still benefit from this experience and feel stronger and stretched! You may even want to book a Private Session to learn more. Please note that Private/Semi-Private Session reservation must be cancelled at least 12-hours prior to the appointment, or be subject to a 50% fee. Group Class reservations must be cancelled at least 3-hours prior to your class time, or be subject to a class price fee.
