"Yeah, I got my eye on you…."  After being nicknamed a "Form Drill Sergeant," Kathy knew that her passion for understanding good form was critical to clients' success and progress.  Since then, Kathy re-prioritized her own fitness and education goals to learn as much as she could about human anatomy and exercise science.   On her first day's experience with Foundation Training, she knew she was on to something special and unique!  Kathy's credentials include NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Group Fitness, and Certified Foundation Training Instructor-Level 1.  She credits Foundation Training for helping resolve her multiple knee and foot issues, including plantar fasciitis and runner’s knee.  She brings her passion for helping clients exercise with the most effective and safest form possible.
